2000   August plants were established in April 2000.

2001   August started to supply air conditioner system to AvtoVAZ.

2002   August provied different air conditioner system Rostselmash,Gomselmash,Kherson combines

       KPC.

2003   August became supplier of many tractors and machines customers and startedo exported air

          conditioner parts to Syria, Ecuador, Venezuela, Uruguay, Bulgaria, Turkey, Germany and Cuba.

2004-2007 the total amount of  air conditiner system units is up to 18000 sets.

2008    August bacame official supplier of GM-AvtoVAZ.

2010    Ningbo august is Established.

2011    The new august’s plants started to operation
